Positive behaviour for learning

Students are encouraged to become valued members of our school and community by a system of merits. They earn merits for behaviours linked to our STAR values.

Merit certificate

Once a student has five merits they are awarded with a "Special".

Merits submitted for Specials can only be accepted if dated no later than the previous 12 months.

Special award for outstanding effort certificate

Students who earn five Specials are then awarded a "White Certificate".

White certificate - merit certificate awarded for excellence

Those exceptional students who earn five White Certificates will receive the Principal's Commendation Award.
